  • What is the quality of our watches?

We have both Japanese and top Swiss made watches..

  • What is the difference between Swiss and Japanese-grade watches?

The difference between Swiss and Japanese grade watches is the steel grade that is being used, as well as the manufacturing process and machinery. Japanese grade watches use 316L steel while the Swiss grade is manufactured from 904L Steel which is a much durable, rust and corrosion-resistant but at the same time more costly and complicated to produce. Swiss grade watches are manufactured on machinery that is cloned to match Swiss technology and standards, therefore a higher accuracy and finishing is to be expected.

  • Can you send me more pictures of the desired model?

 

Since we get a lot of requests, some of which are our competitors trying to keep us busy, we send extra pictures only to our existing customers.

  • Does the second hand run smooth or ticking?

 

For Automatic movements the second hand sweeps with a rate of 21600 bph, for Quartz movement the second hand ticks.

  • Will I receive a tracking number?

As soon as the watch will be sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a URL to track your package. We ship with UPS/FedEx/DHL so you can expect your watch in the shortest terms.

  • Do the watches have ceramic bezels?

Yes, if the authentic model feature a ceramic bezel, ours does as well.

  • Does the watch come with an original box and paper?

Yes, only when you order the Top level quality of swiss made watche, we will ship it with all originals such as box and paper. If you just order A replica watche,to avoid high shipping and product costs, the watch is shipped without the branded box. If you wish to add a box to your order(A Replica), you can do it on the product page.

  • How fast is the shipping time?

Once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order in 1-3 business days, then we will ship through UPS/FedEx/DHL which takes 9-15 days to get delivered to your door.

  • What type of glass do you use to manufacture watches?

All our watches feature highly durable, non-scratch Sapphire glass.

  • Can I pay with my VISA/Mastercard card?

We encourage people to use Bitcoin and Western Union, Visa and MasterCard. If you did not find the option available, come back another time. 

  • Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Usually once the payment is confirmed the processing time is 1-3 business
days and the shipping usually takes 9 to 15 business days.

Note: Sometimes there is an overload in the warehouse and the processing time may take 4 or 10 days.

  • What movement do the watches have?

Depending on the grade of the watch you chosen, our watches have Japanese or high quality ETA Swiss movements.

  • Are the watches water-resistant?

All our Japanese grade watches are water resistant but not waterproof. We do not recommend swimming with them or taking showers with them. Taking the watches underwater will revoke their guarantee.
